We frequently recommend starting with Coaching to help you discover, define and articulate your "Personal Competitive Advantages." It's our well-founded opinion that if you don't know and can't clearly differentiate and articulate that which distinguishes you and your candidacy from your highly qualified competitors, you're at a distinct competitive disadvantage. And as simple as it may sound to do so, over 87% of all executives to whom we've asked the simple question: "what are the unique personal and professional competitive advantages that you'll bring to your next role," were unable to provide a truly compelling response-one that would help them advance in the Networking and  Interview Process.

Think about it for a moment. If you don't know and/or can't articulate your unique differentiators, how will you create truly compelling personal marketing materials?
